You must not: use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts or systems; interfere with the security or operation of the website; introduce malicious software, code or other harmful material; scrape, systematically extract or reproduce website content without authorization; copy, republish, sell, distribute or commercially exploit protected TruProStyle content without permission; use TruProStyle materials, methodologies or intellectual property in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of third parties. We may restrict access to the website where reasonably necessary to protect its security, functionality, intellectual property or users.

TruProStyle may offer services including, but not limited to: personal image and style analysis; identity and visual positioning services; style and image consulting; TRU Identity services; TRU Vision services; TRU Transformation services; educational materials and resources; digital consultations; reports, recommendations and other personalized materials. The exact scope, format, price, delivery method and conditions of a particular service will be communicated through the relevant service page, proposal, booking process, invoice, written agreement or other information provided before purchase. Where specific terms are agreed for an individual service or project, those specific terms will apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict concerning that particular service, the specifically agreed terms will take precedence to the extent of the conflict.

04 / Consultations and Client Responsibility

TruProStyle provides professional guidance and recommendations based on the information available at the time of the service.Style, image, identity, aesthetics and personal presentation involve individual preferences, circumstances and subjective considerations. Results may therefore vary between clients. You are responsible for decisions you make based on recommendations provided through TruProStyle. You are also responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete where that information is required to perform a service. TruProStyle does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, financial, social or commercial outcome resulting from the use of its services or recommendations. Our services are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

05 / Digital Products and Materials

TruProStyle may offer digital products and resources, including guides, reports, assessments, educational materials, downloadable files, visual materials or other digital content. Product descriptions will identify the principal characteristics of the relevant product or resource. Digital products are licensed for the purchaser’s personal use unless different licensing terms are expressly stated. You may not, without prior written permission: resell digital products; redistribute them publicly or privately; reproduce substantial portions for commercial use; upload them to file-sharing services; provide copies to third parties; modify and resell them as your own product; use protected TruProStyle content to create competing commercial products or services. Mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

06 / Prices, Payments and Purchases

Prices and payment conditions applicable to paid products or services will be displayed or communicated before a purchase or booking is completed. Where applicable, prices will be presented in accordance with relevant consumer and tax requirements. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or platforms. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies to payment processing. TruProStyle does not store full payment-card information where payment details are processed directly by an independent payment provider. A purchase is subject to any specific conditions communicated during the checkout, booking or contracting process.

07 / Cancellations, Withdrawal and Refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights depend on the nature of the product or service purchased and the circumstances of the transaction. Consumers may have mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights under Spanish or European Union consumer law. For services, where a consumer expressly requests that performance begin during an applicable withdrawal period, the consequences of that request will be governed by applicable consumer law. Special rules may apply to digital content supplied immediately or during a statutory withdrawal period. Where applicable law requires express consent or acknowledgement before a statutory withdrawal right can be lost, the relevant right will not be treated as waived unless those legal requirements have been satisfied. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights. Any specific cancellation or refund conditions applicable to a service or product will be communicated before purchase where required.

Unless otherwise stated, all original content and materials made available through TruProStyle are owned by or licensed to TruProStyle and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This may include: written content; methodologies and frameworks; assessments and questionnaires; style and identity systems; reports; educational materials; graphics and illustrations; photographs; website design elements; branding; digital products; presentations and downloadable resources. Accessing the website or purchasing a service or digital product does not transfer ownership of TruProStyle intellectual property to you.
You receive only the right to use the relevant material for the purposes and within the scope communicated with the product or service. You may link to publicly available pages of the website, provided that doing so does not falsely suggest endorsement, partnership or affiliation with TruProStyle. Third-party trademarks, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
